Guadalupe River

Hill Country Arts Foundation

Established in 1959, this institution celebrates both performing and visual arts. You can catch shows year-round at the 500-seat outdoor theater along the Guadalupe River or in the more intimate 95-seat indoor theater.
The art gallery and studios host a wide variety of exhibits and workshops throughout the year, making it a hub for creativity and cultural expression

Stonehenge II

In the Texas Hill Country, we have our own version: Stonehenge II. Created as an art project by the late Al Shepperd and his neighbor Doug Hill, it stands on Shepperd’s land in nearby Hunt, Texas.
Stonehenge II is 90% the height and 60% the width of the original, complete with two 13-foot Easter Island head replicas.

Texas Hill Country Wineries

Covering 9 million acres, the Texas Hill Country American Viticultural Area (AVA), stands as the 3rd largest AVA in the nation and is home to over 100 wineries with over 60 being members of Texas Hill Country Wineries.
Amidst the captivating landscape, approximately 1,000 acres of vineyards flourish, giving rise to delicious varietals rivaling and at times surpassing those grown in France, Italy and Spain - despite the area's rich German heritage.

Louise Hayes Park

Amenities of this popular park include an interactive fountain, playground, restrooms, pavilions, and trailheads. Numerous picnic areas, parking areas, and a stage with a concrete dance slab exist. Louise Hays Park is home to various special events, such as Get Outdoors Day, Robert Earl Keen's 4th on the River, and the Kerrville Triathlon Festival.

Scott Schreiner Municipal Golf

Scott Schriener is an exciting 18 hole regulation course located at the Scott Schriener Municipal Golf Course facility in Kerrville, TX. From the longest tees it presents 6,453 yards of golf for a par of 70. The course was designed by John Bredemus(9)/R.D. Kaiser(9)/(R)Joseph S. Finger and opened in 1932. The course rating is 71.6 with a slope rating of 126. Scott Schriener is a municipal golf course with a 'Open to Public' guest policy.

Kerrville VA Medical Center

This medical center provides primary care and specialty health services, including mental health care, geriatric evaluation, foot care, dental services, kidney care and dialysis, urology, palliative care and hospice, laboratory services, and more.

The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Gardens

A 24.5 acre garden park features 2.5 million dollars worth of Christian art, including “The Empty Cross”, the most symbolic cross sculpture in the world. Eight monumental, spiritual sculptures have been donated by three internationally collected artists.

Riverhill Country Club

Riverhill isn’t just a world-class Championship Golf Course designed by the legendary Byron Nelson and renowned course architect, Joe Finger, and a beautiful, historic three-story mansion. It is the perfect whole-family Country Club with a full schedule of sporting events, lessons and clinics for young and old alike.

Schreiner Mansion

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and built in 1879, the Schreiner Mansion is a historic site and event center in the heart of downtown Kerrville. The Mansion Courtyard overlooks the expansive Peterson Plaza and is available for special event rentals. A rental fee and refundable deposit is required for all events. Two hours of complimentary photography is also included with any event.

Historic theatre located in Downtown Kerrville, Texas, showcasing Live Music and Entertainment, Community Events and Private Venue Rentals.

Kathleen C. Cailloux City Center for the Performing Arts

The Kathleen C. Cailloux City Center for the Performing Arts in beautiful downtown Kerrville, TX includes the 800 seat Cailloux Theater, the intimate VK Garage Theater black box, and the Kit Werlein Annex support facility. All facilities and programming are managed by Playhouse 2000, a production and community theater performance company with over 20 years history bringing great entertainment to the Hill Country.

VK GARAGE THEATER

The VK Garage Theater, owned and operated by Playhouse 2000, is a flexible black box space with modular seating that can accommodate up to 120 guests in a variety of seating layouts. Playhouse 2000’s community theater company produces most of its shows in the VK but the space is also available for rent for those looking for a more intimate setting for performances and events..
